I started gym a few years ago just to lose weight as I had ballooned to 17 stone. Recently I started swimming again after a 10 year lay off, this is where I met the rochdale tri-club. I started cycling 30 months ago after not having been on a bike since 12 and also trying to get my running up to scratch but my dodgy left knee is hampering my efforts. I have competed in 3 triathlons to date (Rossendale) hope to do at least 1 more by end of year, my running is really bad though. Weight now is 10 stone 12lbs.

ReplyDeleteYeah, we'd only just started too :) That'll be you on ya turbo. Do you find you pedal at a higher cadence on ya turbo?
ReplyDeleteYup - was in the 100s on the Turbo - only do 80 on the bike. Tis a good workout though :)
